All: We have some obsolete (and/or plain bad) data in custom characteristics that have navigational attributes associated with them. For example, we might have a concatenation of product and location so that product XYZ at location 1234 would show up as "XYZ_1234." But we might also have a value of "ABC_1234" for a product we no longer have and have removed from the system several years ago. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the obsolete entry by deleting it in RSDMD. When we try, we receive RSDMD Message 129, stating that no master data was deleted. We reviewed OSS note 1671003 and used listcube to search for obsolete entries in any InfoProvider associated with the POS. We do not see any, but we still cannot delete the entries. Since we have been live for over 10 years, we are building up thousands of obsolete entries and our users are having an increasingly difficult time using the system. Does anyone have ideas how we can manage this? Jeff
