Production orders in APO getting rescheduled

Hi All,

We use SNP and so the plan orders are planned in APO and transferred to ECC. These orders are converted to Production orders in ECC and send back to APO.

But if there is a change in Capacity of resource (There are other unknown reasons as well) and when this capacity is reflected in APO, the production orders are getting rescheduled in APO (We dont use PPDS, but I think because the PPDS heuristics/ strategy profile is triggering automatically).

Now the production orders in ECC also reflect to the change in schedule and this is not desired by business as the schedule in ECC on those production orders were already frozen.Change in schedule is jeopardizing their plan.

I know this is standard behaviour in SAP but it is not suitable for our requirement. Can any one help me with a solution if you had similar issue/ requirement.
