We have a business scenario where we need to prioritize the CTM results based on customer priority.
There are some customers that we always need to make sure we have product for.
Can any one advise how to achieve this using CTM?
Where do we set the priority for customers? If I have 3 customers C1, C2 and C3, I can CIF all of them from ECC to APO but where to set this priority that C1 is the highest then C2 and C3?
